All five of Matthew Barney's Cremaster movies are going to be shown at The Byrd Theatre at the end of the month. If you don't know the Byrd, it's a 1928 movie palace, in gorgeous condition, which shows second-run movies for only $1.99! Last week they had Spider-Man 2 and I think now they're playing The Manchurian Candidate and The Village. I am super excited to be able to see one of the Cremaster movies in such a beautiful theater.
